The pain (in the general meaning of it)creates the need to seek for the truth.Otherwise one would feel so convenient hypnotized like being in a komma.One_as Osho says_should be grateful to pain,beca
use it keeps us on alert and causes/motivates us to find a way to overcome it.
When you inhale,imagine that you inhale all the sadness,all the darkness of all mankind/humanity.You inhale all the negativity,all the hell existing everywhere,all over around you.Let your depth of your HEART to absorb these things.
When you exhale,let come out all the joy that you keep in your inner depths,all the happiness,all the blessings.Exhale by letting yourself to pure into the whole existence.This is what compassion means.Take inside you all the pain and give out all the compassion.Then one will feel compassion and love for themselves.
From the moment that you will take in you the pain of the world,it will not be pain any more.he heart is a soothing power and automatically transformes the pain into energy.
Of course this procedure cannot happen in a day or two and defenatelly not on our own.This is the point that philosophy on life’s matters can help.And a dialogue in a philosophical basis is always needed and helpful as well.
